My bulbous nose was overcorrected and ended up looking pinched. This time, since I’m getting revision surgery, I want to completely redo it, so I went to places that do a lot of revisions. I’ve only been to ㄹㅋㅋ and ㅈㅇ, and since they use custom implants, the price came out pretty high.. I haven’t booked anywhere yet because I think I need to think carefully, given how much money it costs.. What I’m worried about is that my first nose surgery used septal cartilage and ear cartilage, so I’ve developed a bit of aversion to those two materials. At ㄹㅋㅋ, they talked about using septal cartilage together with rib cartilage, and at ㅈㅇ, they only talked about rib cartilage. I’m thinking of going to about two more consultations at other places, but I don’t even know where to go Are there any places that are good with custom implants??
