Those who have gone to the hospital because of side effects.. Please give me some advice..

I’m the person who wrote in the Q&A section a while ago about nasal side effects.. The post said: It has now been 6 months. I had my nose built up with septal cartilage.. The doctor said it was an unnecessary part and that I would be fine without it, but after actually having the surgery and living for 6 months, that was not the case.. Among several uncomfortable issues, if I had to pick the most uncomfortable ones: (1) My nose starts running, but if I don’t have tissue and sniff it in, the mucus still doesn’t go in and ends up dripping down to my philtrum. This happens 1 to 2 times a day. If it happens outside, it is really awkward. (2) When you catch a cold, your nose gets blocked... The area between the roof of the mouth and the nose connection gets completely filled with mucus, so I can’t swallow saliva.. Of course, I also can’t breathe through my nose....... (3) The area where the nose and mouth are connected itches like crazy.. It itches so much that I can’t think about anything else. I seriously want to tear my nose off.. (4) When I sneeze, the mucus in the passage of the area where the mouth and nose are connected gets expelled out.. I cover it with my hand and sneeze, but that sticky mucus gets all over my palm.... They told me to come back at the 6-month mark, so I’m planning to visit the hospital..... I’m worried about how the doctor will take this story...... I can’t live like this forever.. Please help me.
