I had an upturned nose, and my nasal bridge was barely there, and I also had a slight hump nose, so they shaved the hump a little and put 3 mm silicone in the nasal bridge, but because they trimmed it a bit, they said it was raised by about 1.5 mm.. For the nasal tip, they used septal cartilage + ear cartilage. It looks okay from the left side, but from the right side, around the area between the nasal tip and nasal bridge? it looks a little sunken... The nasal tip is a bit big, like a small bead was put in there. And should I say the nostril wings (alar lobules) are a little lifted..? So honestly, since I’m a man, revision surgery is really scary, and I just wish even the nostril wings would come down a little more. Even after 6 months, can the nasal tip become a little slimmer, or can the nostril lobules (alar wings) come down even slightly..? How long does it take for the nose to settle completely..? At this point I’m even thinking maybe I should just get revision surgery or removal.. Before surgery, even though it was more upturned back when I had filler, I think it was better..
