5 years ago, I had 2 mm of L-shaped silicone placed, but the shape looked the same and it was not noticeable... My nasal walls were wide, my nose length was short, and it was not high either... so I had nasal wall osteotomy, lengthened the short nose... and because my philtrum area was too sunken, I also slightly built up the philtrum area with artificial costal cartilage... and lengthened the nose too~~ I like it to look noticeable... so I asked them to make it sleek and high even if it looked obvious... but as the swelling gradually goes down....... it seems to be becoming natural It has now been about a month and a half since surgery, and swelling at the nasal tip still remains~~~!! I am currently undergoing orthodontic treatment... once the braces come off and my mouth goes in, it will look a bit higher, right...-_-?
