I really think the 3rd one failed too. It’s a male nose. It looks like a scooped, upturned nose, or like the nose has been pinched damn hard, or like only the nasal tip has been lifted damn high.... I thought this would be the last time and had it done at the most famous hospital, but... ah....... I’m going crazy. Tomorrow I’m going to see the director for a follow-up and complain, so please look and tell me what the problem is I know well that satisfaction with bulbous nose surgery is low, so I’m not even being that greedy, but the shape is getting more and more strange
