It didn't feel like they were forcing surgery too much. They recommended osteotomy + lowering the columella to make it longer + deviated septum correction too if desired + costal cartilage. But the consultation manager pressured me for a discount, and since there were many foreigners, the wait was long. It had a factory-like atmosphere, so I ultimately didn't do it, but I am curious.
