Those who had alar cartilage tying and those who had it released, please gather here

I’m one month post-op from alar cartilage tying. About alar cartilage tying.. There are a lot of posts about it, so I’m writing this. A lot of people say they were unhappy after alar cartilage tying and had it released.. Is there no one who had success after alar cartilage tying?? People want to undo it after getting it, so why are doctors still using the technique? of tying cartilage? The reason I’m worried is that I’m also wondering if I should release the cartilage, so I’m writing this. When I look closely in the mirror, it seems a little okay, but from farther away.. I don’t know if it’s because there is still swelling, but I think it looks worse than my old face. If I only look at the shape of my nose, I think it became prettier than before, but isn’t what matters the harmony of the features rather than the features themselves? I think it’s the overall harmony of the face. Even if the individual features weren’t that great before, if they were well balanced and made the face look pretty.. Now, even if the features are pretty, they aren’t harmonious. It feels strange. My nose is definitely slightly more upturned than before.. Is it because of that? Somehow my face seems worse than before. It also seems like my nostrils are more visible. My side profile of the nose looks upturned.. and my nostril asymmetry has gotten worse. Even if the nose shape has improved.. a lot of other problems have appeared. I hated the upturned side profile so much that I told the doctor. They told me to relax because it will settle until 6 months. How can I relax? It’s my face....the first thing other people see is my face. That’s how important the face is, so I’m worried about it. In one way, the nose seems okay. But when I look again, I don’t like it...Should I just release the cartilage??? For those who released the cartilage, are you satisfied after releasing it?? I know that if I release the cartilage, it becomes similar to the old nose. But does the nostril size become the same as before?? Does the upturned appearance come down???
