Even after revision surgery, my bulbous, fat nose is still the same..

I don’t have pre-surgery photos.. About 2 years ago..? My memory is hazy too.. After my first surgery, I really couldn’t hide how disappointed I was.. I did the nasal bridge, nasal tip, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage all together. (But for the nasal tip, isn’t it usually either septal cartilage or ear cartilage..? I had it done using both..) Before surgery, my nose had no nasal bridge at all and was a bulbous nose. Do they call it a fist nose too? It was even pressed down. When I saw my nose after surgery, it was truly below my expectations.. The disappointment was beyond words... Still, looking at my old nose, I lived thinking, this is better than that.. But after a few months, no matter how I looked at my nose, I had paid a lot of money, and I thought this wasn’t right.. The right and left sides had different shapes. I went to the hospital and asked for revision surgery, and they did it! The nose shape I wanted was a beoseon-style curved nose. Please, please, please.. I prayed and prayed that this time it would turn out well, that it would be a shape I could be satisfied with But as expected.. This time the shape is much better than before, but it also doesn’t suit my face shape.. Most of all, where did the beoseon-style nose I desperately wanted go? It’s a straight nose with a fat, bulbous nose.. And those huge nostrils.. They’re still the same... Last time, someone I know didn’t know I had nose surgery and said, “You have a bulbous nose, you must have lots of good fortune,” and when I heard that, my head went blank~~ Maybe they removed too much septal cartilage there.. When I smile, only the nasal tip comes down and it becomes an arrow-shaped nose.. I look like a witch.. If I could, I’d want to remove only what was done with the septal cartilage.. If anyone knows well about this part, please answer.. Can a nasal tip done with septal cartilage be returned to its original state.. For now, with how I feel, I at least want to reduce the septal cartilage and nostril wings Please look at the photos and give me a cold, honest evaluation...
