Is there a high possibility of developing inflammation after revision surgery? When I read reviews, there are people who say they developed inflammation after revision surgery~ Two years ago, I had my nasal tip done with septal cartilage, but however much they put in, my nasal tip is pointing up to the sky, so I’m thinking of lowering the septal cartilage a bit.
