It felt like they gave the basic explanation first and then answered if I asked questions. The consultation time was short, and I was torn because it felt trustworthy, but I didn’t feel certain right away, so I didn’t make a reservation. Overall, I think the level of friendliness was exactly average. I liked that there was absolutely no pressure to book.
