Male, 3rd nose surgery..

It’s as written on the photos.. First of all, for the 1st and 2nd surgeries, I only have full-face shots. They were all done in Busan. -1st surgery,, silicone 3 mm, septal cartilage, nostril reduction, nasal fat removal (The surgery I was most satisfied with,,) -Then, around 2 years after surgery.. a complication came. Something strange was protruding next to the glabella area of my nose, and my nose also got higher, (they said it was because too much capsule had formed inside the nose..) I was so annoyed, revision surgery or whatever, that I just had the silicone removed.. I lived like that for 1 year, and then I don’t know what possessed me, but I ended up having surgery again.. I thought 3 mm had been a bit high, so I put in 2 mm (tip manipulation left as it was).. (It looked pretty when there was initial swelling, but once the swelling completely went down, the nose looked crooked.. because it was done without properly removing the capsule,,) -For the 3rd surgery, thinking it would be my last, I went to the most famous hospital, just had a brief consultation, trusted the director, and let them handle it,, I told them all the reasons I was having revision surgery.. Surgical method - silicone 5 mm, nasal tip septal cartilage + costal cartilage) After it was over, I heard they had put in 5 mm silicone.. I was shocked and asked if it wasn’t too high, and they said it wasn’t. Something about old silicone and current silicone being different, or whatever,., (Now that the swelling is going down, it doesn’t seem as high as I thought.) But what is this, they raised the nasal tip way too much compared with the bridge and made me into Pinocchio. Ah... It’s not even Solbi’s nose, and if I were a woman, maybe I’d understand, but making a man’s nose like this.. seriously, the stress is exploding. I told the director, and they said they’d do revision surgery without arguing.. but getting back on the operating table again, and not knowing the result either, haah.. I can only sigh.. The most important thing,, please look at the 3rd surgery photos. I really need to lower the nasal tip, right?? First, it’s day 25, and The last photo is day 32. Does the swelling look like it’s gone down a bit..
