The bony framework of my nasal bridge was thick, and my nasal tip was low, so my nose really wasn’t pretty~ So I went ahead with osteotomy and nasal tip surgery using ear cartilage.. For a natural look and to minimize side effects, I gave up on surgery to raise the nasal bridge. It’s not a nose with a high bridge and a completely sleek, sharp shape, but compared with my old nose, I can’t even tell you how much better it is.. lol
