Liposuction Reviews

Two months after fat-extraction injections, how long will the fat keep coming off?

It’s already been 2 months since I got the fat-extraction injections! At first I started because summer was coming and I wanted to clean up the thigh line, which had always been my biggest stress point, but wow, it’s already been two months lol My waist is naturally on the slimmer side, but I’m the type whose lower body gains fat easily, so my thighs were always the most stressful part when I put on clothes especially the riding-saddle area and the inner thighs... This time, instead of just getting the procedure and calling it done, I’m managing it while also exercising and dieting so I can keep it for as long as possible. Up to week 2, it was a battle with swelling For about 2 weeks after the procedure, I still had bruising and swelling, so honestly I didn’t feel like I had gotten dramatically slimmer. It was more like, when I looked in the mirror, I’d think, “Huh? Maybe the line looks a little different?” Still, when I compared the photos I’d taken, I could see the riding-saddle area and inner thigh line, which had bothered me the most, slowly getting neater. From that point, I started brisk walking for about 20 minutes, 2 to 3 times a week, and I tried my best not to eat late-night snacks and to cut down on alcohol as much as possible.. well I did because I really love drinking After about a month, Around the one-month mark, the swelling had gone down a lot, and from then on the difference in before-and-after photos started to show more clearly. Enough for people around me to notice? What I noticed most was the difference in the riding-saddle area and inner thigh line, and when I measured the circumference midway through, both thighs had gone down by about 1.4 cm compared to the start. But honestly, I felt the change more when I wore pants than from the numbers? I like clothes a lot, so I wear pants often, and even when the waist fit, my thighs used to feel especially tight when I wore them The fit wasn’t pretty either, and how should I put it... they made my body look fatter than it really was But this definitely feels different lol lately I’ve been excitedly wearing only fitted pants lololol So personally, I like the change in how pants fit much more than the circumference number. And now I’m at the 2-month mark. At this point, it feels less like I’m just waiting for changes after the procedure, and more like I’m continuing to shape the line through exercise. I even signed up for a gym and I’m doing cardio about 2 to 3 times a week, and I’ve always liked taking care of myself lol These days I do about 30 minutes of incline intervals and also lower-body workouts together. What I realized after two months is that this is absolutely not the end of dieting lol Rather, because I can see that the area that used to stress me out is getting a bit more organized, I feel motivated to think, “Should I try just a little more from here?” Before, even if I exercised, I’d get tired quickly thinking, “Why are my thighs still the same...?” but these days I can see little changes in photos and in how clothes fit, so exercising has become more fun too? At first, the bruising and swelling bothered me quite a bit, but over time it naturally settled down, and now there’s no discomfort in daily life or when exercising. They said there are still some lumpy areas left If I compare the week-2, month-1, and month-2 photos, it wasn’t like it suddenly changed all at once, but more like the swelling went down and, together with exercise, the line gradually changed. So for now I’m managing it with pretty good satisfaction~ that’s the vibe. Of course, I’m still a lifelong dieter lololol I’m working out hard these days, so I’m curious how much more it’ll change by month 3... How much smaller will it be at 3 months... (yes, I really am the type who is sensitive about numbers lol)
