I had excessive epicanthoplasty, which caused lacrimal caruncle exposure, and lived for over 2 years with an appearance that wasn’t the image I wanted. I got so stressed that I had restoration. At the time, I went to a hospital after following a famous YouTuber there, but unlike other people, my shape became extremely round, and a slight scar was left too. The restored area feels separate and awkward when I smile with my eyes or make facial expressions. Recovery also took an extremely long time! Until one year, when I drank alcohol, only that area would turn noticeably and excessively red even though I had makeup on. I was so upset after the epicanthoplasty went wrong, so of course!! It’s much prettier after restoration, but it was expensive, and I guess I can’t help feeling disappointed about the shape and scar Especially because of the shape, I’m considering revisiting the hospital and getting micro-laser treatment..
