I didn’t have much of a nasal bridge, so I asked them to make my nasal bridge and nasal tip connected with septal cartilage, not too flashy but not too natural either. Maybe because my septal cartilage was weak, my nasal tip really dropped so quickly. It looks like a hump nose or something If they had recommended costal cartilage from the beginning, I would have done that, but they said septal cartilage would be enough, so I got it done It keeps looking more and more like a hump nose, so every time I take photos it bothers me so much. In the end, I’m getting revision surgery consultations at another clinic
