I had paranasal augmentation and the nasal tip done together. The nasal tip was with septal cartilage, and the paranasal area was silicone~ It is day 24, and people around me all say my side profile is fine, but from the front my nose looks bigger, blunter, and like it has spread. It looks like a gorilla.. The director at the clinic where I had the paranasal augmentation generally pursues a natural look, so I do not think they inserted large paranasal implants.. I no longer have a foreign-body sensation or discomfort when smiling. Is this nasal tip swelling, paranasal swelling, or do I need to remove the paranasal implants? To me, I do not know what changed before and after the paranasal augmentation, and my nose just got bigger.
