The director tends to only say what needs to be said and doesn't explain things in great detail. Some consultants were kind, but some consultants were unfriendly. I called because of asymmetry in my eyes? and they got annoyed and hung up as if telling me to talk to that consultant over there. Laughing when seeing the swelling while I had bruising and swelling? and so on, they weren't exactly kind. If I could go back, I'd want to do it somewhere else. Still, they did provide A/S, and although they were busy, I think they listened to all my requests.
