I decided to have surgery to improve my upturned nose, and as the doctor instructed, I had nasal tip surgery and had the columella built up.. I don't know how to upload the photo smaller. .. Later, I found out that in a case like mine, surgery to lengthen the nose should have been done together, but it seems that doctor had not really performed that kind of surgery.. He seemed to know about it, but only explained that the surgery is still controversial among doctors, with opinions for and against it. Can I avoid revision surgery (as long as I hear that it's a little better than before)? Please, I would really appreciate some advice.. I wanted to improve the upturned nose that had been my complex in my later years, so I really made a big decision and went through with it.. Someone told me that since it's only been a week, the nasal tip may come down a little, which is comforting, but if it really comes down even just a little, will it look better?
