I had my breast asymmetry corrected again at The W, and while it’s not exactly something new, I came to understand again why people say you absolutely have to go to a lot of consultations. Since it was revision surgery, the directors’ opinions differed a lot on implant size. When I, whose wish was a natural look, suggested around 300, some said OK, while others said it would be better to go a bit bigger. It’s true that I didn’t have much existing breast tissue, but since it was revision surgery, and because I’m now a bit worried about my age range, making them too big was a concern... I decided to go with the place that evaluated me professionally and spent the longest time looking at size. They accepted my opinion well, too. I had Mentor implants in the high 200cc range before, and now I have Mentor Xtra in the 300cc range. The difference between the two implants is about 25 and 45?
