I had nose surgery and forehead fat grafting It’s been a little over a month and a half now. How does it look?? My old nose was so ugly, so I’m really happy just that the shape of my nose changed after surgery lol Before surgery, my nasal tip drooped downward like an arrow-shaped nose and my nasal bridge was low From the front, it was a nose shape that really made me want to cry; I had surgery without silicone, and the tip shape was made with septal cartilage I assumed they would of course put in silicone, but they said osteotomizing the nasal dorsum bone and pushing it in would be enough, so that’s what I did Since it was done with only septal cartilage without other implants, I think the risk of side effects is lower, which is good It’s been a little over a month and a half At first I wondered if the nasal tip was a bit too long, but as time passed and the swelling went down, it settled naturally hehe Because I did it together with my forehead, my facial line feels much more defined than before lol It used to look flat, and when I removed my makeup I looked a bit unfashionable, but now I’d say I look a bit brighter?? hehe
