It was a truly painful week. I had no idea the pain of not being able to breathe would be this bad I didn’t know the cotton stuffed into my nostrils would be that agonizing Anyway, the major swelling has gone down now. The facial swelling is almost gone ~ But the nasal tip is still too blunt The front view isn’t really my style ~ I had the nasal tip raised with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and had a slight hump shaved down on the nasal dorsum ~ and some lateral nasal osteotomy. I didn’t put in any implant at all ~ The nasal dorsum was only shaved and refined,... I hope the swelling goes away completely soon
