I had nose surgery last December. I really didn't like it, so I had decided to get revision surgery. The nose that had been my complex became even more of a complex. I endured for more than 6 really difficult months, and they said they would do the revision surgery only once July came, so I kept waiting. They kept delaying the schedule, and now they're saying they'll do it in August. Even that is uncertain. I really don't like the way the hospital is talking either. Far from being sorry, they just say that's the hospital's schedule, and that surgery can't be done unless it's then. Is there any way to get a refund? The money feels wasted, and every time I look in the mirror my heart hurts so much. Please help me
