They said they added artificial dermis over my nasal tip because my skin is thin. Then, during the swelling reduction process, could a step-off develop with the silicone nasal bridge? It’s been two months, and a step-off appeared, so I’m dumbfounded. It wasn’t even an implant-free surgery... My nose has so many issues in different ways, so I’m frustrated
