If the silicone and cartilage haven’t been removed, and there’s no inflammatory reaction at all, can contraction still happen?? I’ve already had nose surgery and it’s been three months. I have silicone and ear cartilage inside my nose, and there are no separate symptoms of inflammation at all, but my nose keeps feeling like it’s being pulled up. Is this contraction?
