I had surgery on my nose and mouth because of a cleft lip. The nasal asymmetry and bulky appearance improved, but the crooked columella did not improve much. Some crookedness still remains. It’s partly because I was originally asymmetrical, but for now it has improved compared with before, and the lip scar turned out well. But because the incision was made all the way to the corners of the mouth, my mouth also became larger, and I have to live with hardness and discomfort from lip scar tissue.
