The director was somewhat blunt, but he seemed to have his own firm philosophy, so I trusted him, and his pursuit of natural-looking results matched what I wanted, so I decided to have surgery. It has been about 5 months since I had nasal tip surgery without an implant, and I’m satisfied, but I think the swelling from scar tissue still needs to go down more, so I’ll need to watch it a bit longer.
