I had a slight hump shaved down and 2 mm silicone inserted. (I really hate it looking too obvious, so I didn’t raise it much..) The nasal tip was built up with ear cartilage. My nose does seem smoother and the tip seems higher, but the nasal tip doesn’t connect smoothly to the nasal bridge and looks round.. Maybe because I didn’t raise the height much, rather than my nose looking higher, it feels like it got longer starting from between the eyebrows Now that my nose looks longer, I just look older Both photos below are after surgery. The left photo really looks similar to my old nose.. except there’s no hump. Also, the area under my nose was droopy, so I had a bit of an arrow-nose look, but it feels like that hasn’t improved at all... It’s just the same as before,. haha I asked the doctor to fix the drooping under my nose, and he said he cut out the protruding part.. but what changed?; My friends say it doesn’t even look like I had rhinoplasty and that only my nose got bigger--; My nickname was SpongeBob’s Squidward, you know.. because the area under my nose drooped.. I had surgery because I was stressed about that, but if it’s the same, then there was no point I had open rhinoplasty, so could it be because the swelling hasn’t gone down enough? In my opinion, the swelling seems almost all gone.. Or is it because I raised the nose too low;; Ah, I regret it so much
