I had my first rhinoplasty, and 2 years later I had my cheekbones shaved. For about a year it was okay, but these days my nose is gradually spreading.. Originally the bone supported it, but maybe because I shaved it down, it no longer supports it ㅡㅡ If only the nose were spreading, I could just live with it, but the nasal tip is drooping too, it is a mess. At this point I probably need nasal reconstruction, right..? I want to hear everyone's opinions... If many people think reconstruction, I have looked into rhinoplasty revision, autologous costal cartilage, and single-doctor clinics. If there are any hospitals you recommend from my list, please leave a comment ㅋㅂㅈ (ㅗㅣㅠ) A single-doctor clinic mainly focused on rhinoplasty. ㅁㅇㅌ (ㅏㅣㅣ) A single-doctor clinic mainly focused on autologous costal cartilage and rhinoplasty revision. ㅌㅇㅅ (ㅣㅔㅡ) Mainly focused on autologous costal cartilage and rhinoplasty revision.
앉아윤서 Ah, I also got ㅁㅇㅌ recommended, so I was just about to start looking at reviews.. Since mine is not a revision surgery, it is hard to recommend just one of the three
순대국밥 I saw that people go to both ㅋㅂㅈ and ㅁㅇㅌ a lot for autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty revision They say they also have many revision cases, so the list looks okay,,, Hospitals are hard... Are you considering costal cartilage because this is a revision surgery???
익명 Seriously.. I absolutely advise against otolaryngology plastic surgery

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 19 If it's revision rhinoplasty, it's costal cartilage.
When I said I was thinking about a revision rhinoplasty, many people asked whether I would use autologous costal cartilage. Is there really such a big difference between autologous and donor costal cartilage? My first surgery used ear…
