At first I had silicone, and I had the implant removed because of inflammation I’m planning revision surgery, but would autologous costal cartilage be better? They say once you do your nose, you can’t go back to your previous nose, and I guess it’s true. I’m upset Even if I spend a lot more money, I want to use something that can minimize inflammation. Then does it have to be autologous costal cartilage no matter what? I guess the only options are donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage anyway
