I’m really, really torn about nose surgery (revision surgery).. First of all, my family tells me not to do it.. They say it’s fine now (that I’m the only one who observes my nose that closely, and other people don’t really look at noses much..) They say if I pointlessly open up and touch my nose again, even then there will be parts I’m dissatisfied with and parts I don’t like.. But the reason I want revision surgery is.. In dark places without much light (direct lighting), it’s just okay, but in natural light (sunlight), lighting, photos, etc., my nasal bridge and nasal tip really show through and look crooked.. I’m trying to do it because I want to improve this.. But now that I actually set a date (I can still cancel for now;) there’s no guarantee it will turn out well.. and maybe because my family is worried, they’re all stopping me, so I wonder if this is right. And the hospital I decided to go with has people who turned out well, but there are also quite a few people who were dissatisfied.. It makes me wonder if this is truly different for every person, case by case, and just luck.. I honestly can’t live with my current nose, I feel like I’m going to die —> honestly, it’s not to that extent?;; Do I need to feel that strongly to open it up again.. I’ve just had regrets and stressful parts in my mind for years.. Should I just give up because I don’t have the courage and live with it?? I’m hesitating so much because I’m afraid I might become even more dissatisfied than I am now or it might look strange… What choice should I make in times like this?? In the end I have to choose, but I really don’t know. These days I keep thinking about this In times like this, is it right not to do it?? As I wrote, I got frustrated and the post became long, but please give me some advice./.
웅태웅 Aside from your family, what do your friends think? Family may of course tell you not to do it because they’re thinking about safety.. Or try uploading your photo briefly. Other people will probably look at it objectively for you
