웅태웅 It’s not necessarily because it’s a revision, and even though mine was my primary surgery, my skin was thick, so wherever I went, they said it was a somewhat difficult nose for a first rhinoplasty. They said that if the nasal tip was raised only with septal cartilage or ear cartilage, there was a high chance it would droop because of the pulling force of the skin, so I built my nose with autologous costal cartilage at Louvre
