ㅇㅇㅌ, ㄴㄴ, ㅇㅂㅅ I picked places mainly for a naturally glamorous nose, not a pointed nose, while doing both functional and cosmetic surgery. What do you think? Right now I’m most drawn to ㄴㄴ
이제는코수술발품 ㄴㄴ looks pointed no matter who sees it. Is there a special reason you’re drawn to it;?

유라이콩 They seem okay? If you’re doing functional and cosmetic, ㅇㄷ, ㅇㅊㅂ, and ㄱㄴ are also okay. They’re good at naturally glamorous noses
모니카벨루 If you’re looking at both functional and cosmetic, I think ㄴㄴ is a good choice. The nasal tip looks defined, but they seem to shape it nicely with a rounded look

데세 If you’re thinking of not using silicone, that means doing it without an implant, right? Then ㅂㅇㅇ also seemed okay for functional and cosmetic surgery. They shape the nasal tip prettily too, so take a look there as well

련가련라 Did you not use an implant for your first surgery either? Or are you removing it and then doing it without an implant?
2다정2 [@련가련라] Yeah, they only used septal cartilage, but I think maybe they’ll use autologous costal cartilage, or use the existing septal cartilage together with ear cartilage.
