I had my first double eyelid surgery in 2016, and it turned out naturally in an in-out line? I wanted an outline, but they said I would need epicanthoplasty, and since I already had cat-like eyes, I went with an in-out line. I've had revision surgery now, but my parents say my eyes looked the prettiest when I had them done here. They were kind.
