Honestly, when I first had breast surgery, I thought, “As long as the surgery ends well, that’s enough~!” But after actually doing it, I painfully realized how important recovery and care really are lol When I compare my breasts in the beginning to now, the texture is really different, especially the feel and shape!! Right after surgery Before surgery, I worried a lot, thinking, “Wow, this is really going to hurt…” But once I actually did it, there wasn’t as much pain as I expected. Rather than pain, it was more like a heavy feeling, as if someone was firmly pressing down on my chest? It felt stuffy when breathing, and since I couldn’t move my arms well, for a few days I basically lived as one with my bed Ah, seriously, at that time even lying down and changing positions were all uncomfortable… When I first saw my breast shape after surgery at the clinic, honestly, it looked so unnatural that I was a little disappointed. The upper part of my breasts felt extremely full, like anyone could tell, ‘That person had breast surgery’? But the director said that as my tissue softened, they would gradually settle downward and a natural line would form, so I trusted those words and just waited… while feeling nervous inside lol Months 1–2 After about a month, just like the director said, the upper fullness really disappeared, and the uu-line look I wanted started to come out! Honestly, they say people who get breast surgery are divided into upper-fullness people vs uu-line people, and I’m totally a uu-line person lol I liked it because it looked much more natural. From this point, everyday life also became pretty comfortable, so I started exercising gently, you know? I tried simple things like planks, but I felt a slight pulling sensation in the inframammary incision area, so I asked the clinic right away, and they said upper-body workouts were still too much… In the end, these days I’m excluding all upper-body exercises and only doing cardio and lower body lol And honestly, when I was an A cup, without a padded bra my body looked too flat, so I was completely dependent on padded bras, you know? But now, even when I only wear a sports bra, my cleavage forms nicely, and even I can feel that the fit has changed so much, so I admire it by myself lol The saying that breasts become more natural as time passes is really true. Don’t worry too much after seeing the shape or feel in the beginning, and just wait. When I compare the beginning to now, I really feel like a different person lol
