Nose Re-Surgery

Is autologous costal cartilage the best option if the nasal tip won’t drop?

I had surgery accepting that the nasal tip would drop a bit, but it dropped much more than I expected, so my nose is worse than if I hadn’t had surgery. If your nose drops a lot like mine, is it right to have the surgery with something firm like autologous costal cartilage? Is that the best option? When I look at places like ㄷㄷㅇ, ㄹㅇ, ㅈㅅㅌ, ㅅㅇㅋ and other clinics that say they do revisions, they mostly use autologous costal cartilage anyway... So I wonder if that really does prevent drooping more effectively..? I’m conflicted
