The consultant wasn't exactly extremely kind? But she also didn't feel unkind, so it was kind of ambiguous.... The director is very kind. The facilities looked reasonably clean. It felt like there was no overtreatment, and I liked that they explained my skin thickness, double eyelid type, and mm measurements in detail.
