Does the nose swell a lot afterward? I like the shape of my nasal tip, but the height is too high, so I want to lower a little of what was built up with septal cartilage.. After doing it, will the shape also become bulky again like after the first surgery? I am at 5 months now, and the nasal tip kept being bulky and is only now starting to settle, so will it get that bulky again like the first time....? Please.. I would appreciate your replies..
