I got Botox here twice. Once it was with a female doctor, and another time with a male doctor. It hurt more with the male doctor, but it was more effective. Maybe because the needle went deeper..? The staff were kind too, and I had a reservation for the afternoon, but I think I waited 40 minutes. There were a lot of people. When I went in the morning without a reservation, it was almost immediate, and there were maybe about 5 people there at that time.
