Nose surgery without silicone and without discussing it with me.. Was I overcharged too…

A few days later, when they removed the tape and I looked, my nose seemed somewhat higher and I liked it, even though I only had osteotomy and the nasal tip done.. So I just lived without saying anything in particular. My face doesn’t really have contours? or anything like that, so even though my nose isn’t exactly high, there isn’t much height difference between my forehead and nasal bridge.. So maybe that’s why they didn’t put in silicone.. Anyway, it’s true that they operated without putting in silicone and without discussing it with me, but as I tried to think positively.. well, I didn’t have to worry about inflammation, and since he’s a plastic surgeon, I thought there must have been a reason for proceeding with the surgery that way. But now I’m curious.. Are there noses or skin types where silicone can’t be inserted? I heard that if the skin is too thin, it can show through, so there are cases where silicone isn’t used.. My skin is kind of thin, so I wonder if that was the case.. Or maybe because there wasn’t much height difference between my forehead and nasal bridge, he thought putting in silicone would make me look like an Avatar, so he only did the nasal tip.. She said she paid 1.2 million won She said it was done using septal cartilage I also had it done with septal cartilage and had osteotomy too. But I paid 2.7 million won What is this.. Can surgery costs go down instead of up over 2 years? Would it be kind of ridiculous to go to that plastic surgery clinic now, 2 years later, and argue about it? Should I just think I got overcharged?.. sigh It feels bitter
