I really can’t understand this. I get that once they’re paid, they’ve already had all the fun they wanted. But if that person does good work, I would still introduce them to everyone. If you do it like that, even if you’re polite at first and make the surgery look beautiful, the whole impression gets erased. This isn’t doll surgery, it’s surgery on people with feelings. If it stayed friendly at first and then became businesslike, that’s one thing. But going from overkindness to making a patient feel so bad that their face changes seems to do no good for the hospital.

[@easel] Seriously, that’s what I mean... Every time I see hospitals like this, I feel like they don’t know how to do client-facing sales. What’s more, I got here through a friend’s referral. Seeing this from them feels... Keeping a consistent attitude from start to finish would be more trustworthy and reassuring for someone getting surgery, but there still seem to be many clinics/managers who haven’t learned this yet.
