Remove fat during the incision. There is not really enough space for back canthoplasty, but if I want it, it can still be done. Nose - I did not know this, but there is a hump. They said to shave it down a little, and based on the CT, the septum seems sufficient, so they probably would not need to use ear cartilage. Just slightly lower the tip to correct the short nose and use about 3 mm of silicone. They said the nasal skin would stretch enough.

Clinic B Both the consultation manager and the surgeon were kind and gave detailed explanations The consultation manager kept emphasizing a brow lift I consulted with the surgeon my acquaintance used They did not really offer aftercare. They said if the surgery goes well, you manage recovery yourself; there is nothing the hospital needs to do. They emphasized that many trainees come there When I later asked about side effects or AS issues, they gave the most passive answers. Eyes - Again, brow lift was mentioned. When I asked about ptosis correction, they said my eyes already look like they are opened wide, so my opening muscle is good and ptosis correction is not needed. Nose - They had not said much until I asked about the hump, then they said to just shave it a little. They think 3 mm silicone will likely be used, and because I want a natural, rounded tip, they said they would build the tip cartilage first and then harvest dermis from the ear area to cover it. They would try with septal cartilage, and if that does not work, since they are already opening behind the ear, they would use ear cartilage anyway. Again, the tip would be lowered a bit, and the bridge starting point is lower than at clinic A. If I want nostril reduction, I can do that too.

Clinic C, one-doctor clinic, CT scan fee only 20,000 won Both the consultation manager and the surgeon were kind and gave detailed explanations Their CT program showed the most accurate and detailed results Aftercare includes 1 year of AS, swelling laser, and more Since it is a one-doctor clinic anyway, they said the doctor personally follows every stage of recovery. Eyes - Again, brow lift is the answer... They said fat removal is not necessary, and back canthoplasty is possible if I want it, but they do not recommend going through the trouble for such a small effect. Non-incisional surgery was brought up first. Set a thin in-out line and improve the part where the inner corner covers the pupil. To create that front-corner line, front and upper canthoplasty is needed. This was the first time I heard about front and upper canthoplasty. Incision is also possible, and that is optional. If done by incision, the chance of the line loosening is lower, and they said it is also possible to remove a tiny bit of skin. Ptosis correction came up again here. This doctor is unusual in that when setting the line, he keeps pressing on the brow bone. Since there is a slight lifting sensation from the forehead, do ptosis correction. Nose - The nasal tip skin is thick. There is a limit to how much the tip can be shaped. But fortunately, what I want is natural, so that is enough. Since they use a custom implant, they will not shave the hump. On CT, the septum looks small, so they will definitely use ear cartilage. The tip is blunt, so bulbous-nose correction by gathering cartilage is included. The short nose will be corrected by lowering the tip.
I visited three places, but all three said such different things that I was confused, aside from the brow-lift part. The estimate was about 1 million won more at clinic C than at clinics A and B, based on acquaintance discount, eye-and-nose package, reviews, and so on, probably because of the custom implant. But after all that, I am still going to visit a few more places lol. And right now I am a bit drained after the three visits, so some details may be mixed up or slightly different from what I heard. All three places had kind and detailed explanations from both the consultation manager and the surgeon, and none of them pressured me to book right away.
