I usually have a bit of flesh on my upper eyelids, so I have a habit of frowning between my brows without realizing it. My eyes also often get swollen when I wake up in the morning. At first, I was thinking about eye shape correction, but I already have thin inner double eyelids, and since I’m an office worker, I heard the swelling after surgery lasts a long time, so I couldn’t even bring myself to consider it. On top of that, I didn’t want to have a knife put to my face.. So I came across information that there are eyelid fat removal injections, and I went for a consultation this afternoon. The female director kindly explained everything, and she said that basically you need to receive 3 treatment sessions. For now, I thought I should try just 1 session first and see how it goes, so I decided on the spot and had the treatment directly right away. They said there would be major swelling for 3 to 6 hours after the injections, so I had brought sunglasses with me too. As expected, after getting the injections, the swelling came up a lot. I came out wearing sunglasses, and now I’m home doing an ice pack. Since it’s a treatment, I don’t think it will change things as dramatically as surgery, but I hope my upper eyelids feel at least a little lighter.. I’ll watch the progress, and I hope it still feels worth the money..
