I think it's been about three or four weeks? since I got it. At first, I couldn't really open my mouth wide, so I was kind of mumbling, and until about two weeks in, I couldn't sleep with my face on one side of the pillow. I did that once and slept like that lol, and the next day my jaw hurt so much on the side I slept on..
Effect? The effect is... um, when I got it, both the consultant and the doctor said I probably wouldn't see much effect, so I wasn't expecting much, and seriously the effect is not great lolololololol I'm not sure... Still, from experience, I tried it once to see what it was like, so I'm satisfied since I got it cheaply hehe
