Please look at my nostrils!!

I had all three done: nasal bridge, nostril/alar base, and nasal tip. But my nostrils/alar base weren’t that large, and yet, as if I were possessed, I even had alar reduction done. When photographed from below, my nose really looks like Michael Jackson’s nose, and it isn’t smooth. I think my nostrils have become too small, too. If I remove everything, will the nostrils come down and the shape become a bit better? I paid so much for the surgery, and for a month and a half I’ve just been suffering. They say the nose is upturned at first and gradually comes down, but even looking at this appearance is so stressful. And the nasal tip was operated on so that it is a bit upturned, so I’m wondering whether, as it comes down, the nostrils will naturally change shape too
