I have only had two sessions so far, but the fact that my cheek fat went down seems to be very effective. I am thinking about whether to get more after trying the third session, but it seems like it will be fine! On the day itself, my face is a bit swollen, but after about 4 hours it goes down a lot and feels fine. Keeping up with my diet at the same time is hard.
