Aside from slight nasal congestion, I have no side effects, and aesthetically, costal cartilage is the best. If there’s one downside, the scar where the costal cartilage was taken out just doesn’t go away. I think no cosmetic surgery can have only gains. I thought I’d be satisfied if I just got my nose done, but I’m peeking around cosmetic surgery communities again. Human greed, huh, hehe
