I made an appointment for my mom with the representative director and went with her. We said her concerns were lower blepharoplasty and wrinkles around the eyes, but the consultation manager suddenly kept going on about wrinkles on the bridge of the nose and recommended a forehead lift.. Even during the consultation with the representative director, they were busy promoting forehead-lift before-and-afters. While the representative director was consulting, the consultation manager kept cutting in from the side, which was honestly so confusing. I passed right away.
