I went for a consultation after a coworker at the same company recommended it. Maybe because it was peak season, there were many people at the desk and there was some waiting time too. The order was manager consultation - director consultation - manager consultation. The staff were basically kind, and the director's consultation was good because she pointed things out accurately. I'm a bit sensitive about scars, so when I asked various questions, they said that with an axillary incision the scar would hardly be visible, and they showed me photos too. It really didn't show, so I was even more drawn to it. Since the director was a woman, the consultation felt comfortable, and I liked that she quickly caught details about my body. I'm still thinking about implants, and I'm considering Mentor Extra and Motiva
