It was bulbous nose surgery. They tied the cartilage, built a support strut with septal cartilage, and I got filler in the nasal bridge! I originally wasn’t dissatisfied with my nose height, and I wanted my nose to become a bit smaller or slimmer, so I asked them to raise it as little as possible and use only a really small amount of filler,, but maybe because it’s only day 3, my nose looks way too high And aftercare is really hard,,,! My nose is blocked and my head hurts too haha
