I had rhinoplasty at ㅊㄴ in June 2015. Not long after, I found out it was L-shaped silicone + ear cartilage But after 3–4 months, once the swelling had completely gone down, the shape looked okay, so I was fairly satisfied... The shape kept holding up pretty well, but starting in April 2016, the nasal tip began to droop, and overall my nose seemed to be getting smaller and shorter My nostril size also shrank a lot, and I think this is either silicone sagging or nasal tip drooping So these days I’m debating whether I should reinforce the ear cartilage in the nasal tip at the original clinic, or just redo it completely How does it look to you?
